Sweet Escape: Memphis ice cream, your way

Stopped by since it is the grand opening weekend and they did not disappoint. Everything was 20% off. We had help from Ashley and Keyna. There was so much to pick from. Cupcakes were offered by Mayo and Amer AKA Suits. They had face painting as well as a DJ outside. We were able to met the owner Danny well as Ms. Lisa. They also had a DJ working outside. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. This place did not disappoint. Stop by here for a sweet treat. My daughter got a larger cookie warmed up in a cup with 2 scoops of ice cream and unlimited toppings for $10. Customers were nonstop the whole time we were there. Place is clean. Restrooms we clean, no trash anywhere and counters were also clean.

First time in and I had a wonderful experience! The service was excellent. The worker explained how everything was priced and the different options. They also suggested sampling any ice cream we were interested in first. Definitely plan to come back

This place is one of my favorite ice cream places! They have reg ice cream, gelato, and froyo.

I recommend the cookie base along muddy buddy ice cream (I think that was the name) and dark chocolate gelato. 🤗 keep in mind this place only weighs your ice cream not matter if it a scoop or froyo. I will be back.

Great ice cream, better people. My family and I are visiting from the DC area - in Memphis for a basketball tournament. Craving something sweet, we stumbled upon Sweet Escape!! My wife and son had no issue finding the ice cream flavor of their choice. However, I learned that my favorite, Cool Mint Cookie was just swapped out to allow for another one of their many flavors so I didn't get anything. As I sat and enjoyed the atmosphere while my wife and son enjoyed their ice cream, the owner (I assume) served me a delicious warmed chocolate chip cookie. He said he can't just let me sit there without anything. I'll be leaving town soon but if you're in the area - I highly recommend you visit and support this business. I'm sure he can't give out free cookies too often, it's just not profitable. But if he could, I'm sure he would. Visit on my behalf and enjoy some great tasting ice cream. My wife and son said their ice cream was delicious!!

The treats were absolutely delicious—fresh, beautifully presented, and full of flavor. The staff went above and beyond to provide excellent service and made the entire experience even more enjoyable. Whether you’re stopping by for a dessert, a special occasion, or just to treat yourself, I highly recommend Sweet Escape. I can’t wait to come back and try more of their amazing offerings!

Sweet escape might just be our new sweet spot! Everything was clean fresh and delicious. My son won his game today and we stopped in to give them a try. Definitely did not disappoint, the customer service is splendid.

What a great place. Quality ice cream and gelato (we didn't try the soft serve, though they had that too!). It's a pay the weight kinda place, so you can top your frozen confection with whatever toppings you want. The ice cream is very rich. My hubby is the ice cream guy and he had to take his other half home. Unheard of! We'll definitely be back.

Me and my grand daughter stopped by and the place is beautifully decorated! Prices are reasonable and they can make a milkshake out of any flavor you order! Definitely worth visiting!

Absolutely amazing experience! The place is clean, well-organized, and the service is fast and friendly. The staff are very polite and professional. The atmosphere is comfortable, and the prices are fair for the quality. I will definitely come back again and highly recommend it!

Nice and clean atmosphere. Kenya was so sweet well everyone who we interacted with!! They have awesome selections to choose, my girls and I really enjoyed it and will be back.

I bought my daughters and their friends here for an afternoon treat. Everything we had was delicious! (I really hope I remembered her name on her name tag correctly ☹️) Bri was kind, patient, and provided amazing customer service. We’re excited to visit again soon! 🥰

Absolutely loved this new ice cream shop! The ice cream itself was amazing — super creamy, fresh, and full of flavor. You can really tell they use high-quality ingredients, It’s real Welcoming, clean, and beautifully designed new Shop.

This was my first time at the Sweet Escape and Medy made sure me and my lady got exactly what we wanted. He provided us great customer service and information on everything including how long the shop was opened
